Explanatory Note

This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K/A (this "Amendment") of Full House Resorts, Inc. (the "Company") amends the Company's original Current Report on Form 8-K dated and filed May 13, 2016 (Film No. 161647827). This Amendment files as an exhibit hereto each of the material agreements relating to the amendment and restatement of the Company's first and second lien credit facilities.
