Full House Resorts Extends Closing Date for Holiday Inn Express
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Full House Resorts (AMEX: FLL) today announced that it has extended the closing date for the previously announced sale of the Holiday Inn Express in Fallon, Nevada to not later than February 11, 2008. The request by the buyer for an extension was caused by a delay in securing a financing commitment, which has since been obtained. In return for Full House granting the extension, the buyer has placed $125,000 in a non-refundable escrow account in addition to the original $75,000 non-refundable deposit. No other changes were made to the original purchase agreement.
Upon the closing of the sale, the company expects to net approximately $6.8 million in after tax proceeds which it intends to use to reduce debt.
