ACQUISITIONS	4. ACQUISITIONS Fountain Square Land Purchase. In connection with the development of its American Place project in Waukegan, Illinois, the Company entered into an agreement in January 2022 to purchase approximately 10 acres of land adjoining the approximately 30-acre casino site to be leased from the City, providing space for additional parking and access to the casino site from a major road. The land was acquired on March 17, 2022 for total consideration of $7.5 million.
